Entry forms and guidelines can be downloaded from the website or requested by mail with a stamped, self-addressed envelope from the contest director, Pam Gjettum, 6 South Street, Exeter, NH 03833. Please review all guidelines carefully. No entries will be accepted without an entry form. All entries are judged without the author's name. Entry fees are $5 per entry for Seacoast Writers Association members and $10 for non-members.
Winners were publicly announced in May 2010 at the Seacoast Writers Association Spring Writers Conference. First place winners were invited to read their winning entries.
